Description
At RobotX, a young, dynamic, and innovative company in the financial audit automation sector, we are looking for a Customer Success Associate who will play a central role in helping auditors adopt the next generation of automated audit workflows. In this role, you ensure customers understand the product, feel confident using it, and are supported with clear training and high-quality knowledge materials.
You will also act as a critical link between customers and our development teams, ensuring that real-world feedback from auditors directly shapes the evolution of RobotX. Joining us means contributing to a transformation in how financial audit is performed across the industry. As a Customer Success Associate you are responsible for all user interaction with our product. With the product focus, you are specialized in flagging improvements, translating those into actionable tickets and following up on the actual development of those items. You are a linking pin between the customer and the product owner, where you achieve perfect synergy between your knowledge of both audit & technology.
Required experience
A deep understanding of the audit industry, with the ability to grasp the specific needs and challenges faced by our clients.
Exceptional communication skills coupled with a strong problem-solving mindset, essential for addressing and resolving customer challenges effectively.
The ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of service and response.
Proficiency and interest in customer relationship management.
3+ years of experience in auditing

Training customers through clear explanations, short sessions, practical examples and concise instructional materials.
Developing and maintaining high-quality knowledge content, including help articles, release notes, in-app guidance and short videos (with subtitles).
Preparing demo environments to support sales, onboarding and internal stakeholder needs.
Identifying recurring questions, patterns and customer needs, and translating these insights into actionable feedback for the development team.
Manage projects & stakeholders related to both product development and client expectations.
Strengthening the adoption of RobotX by helping customers use the full range of features effectively and confidently.
