In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping the customer experience, from initial pilot to long-term success.
Required experience
A deep understanding of the audit industry, with the ability to grasp the specific needs and challenges faced by our clients.
Exceptional communication skills coupled with a strong problem-solving mindset, essential for addressing and resolving customer challenges effectively.
The ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of service and response.
Proficiency in customer relationship management and team leadership.

As CSM, you are responsible for:
Developing and scaling the customer success team and role.
Building strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Managing the successful transition of customers from prospects to long-term active users.
Overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Handling and following up on customer support issues swiftly and effectively.
Managing customer reporting expectations, ensuring transparency and clarity in communication.
Stimulating the use of the RobotX within vertical network organizations, expanding our reach and impact.
Stimulating the use of the full RobotX product range for existing customers, including new products and features.
Managing enterprise-level customization, ensuring customer needs are accurately translated and met.
Maximizing the value of RobotX offerings through strategic initiatives and insights.
Monitoring and stimulating active usage of our products, while assisting customers in optimizing their use of RobotX. This involves proactively identifying opportunities for customers to better utilize our product, providing tailored recommendations, and ensuring that they are achieving maximum value and efficiency.
Translating customer wishes into actionable insights for product development teams.
In addition, given that RobotX is a small organization, we place a high value on a hands-on and proactive approach.
