JOB PURPOSE

This role is part of our growing team based in Rotterdam. Our team brings together audit specialists, product designers, AI engineers, software developers, customer success experts, and commercial leaders — all focused on building technology that professionals genuinely love using.

As part of RobotX, you will help redefine how audit and advisory firms operate in an AI-driven world. You will work closely with leading firms, contribute to product innovation, and play a direct role in scaling a platform already trusted across complex international engagements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Help build and scale the next generation of AI-native audit technology;

• Work closely with leading audit and advisory firms to understand workflow challenges and translate them into innovative solutions;

• Collaborate across product, engineering, design, customer success, and commercial teams;

• Contribute to product strategy, implementation, and continuous innovation;

• Drive adoption and long-term client success through high-quality execution and partnership;

• Help shape scalable, enterprise-grade workflows for audit and advisory professionals.

WHAT YOU BRING

• A passion for technology, AI, automation, and professional services;

• Strong communication and collaboration skills;

• Curiosity, ownership, and a hands-on mindset;

• The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment;

• Experience in audit, finance, SaaS, product, engineering, consulting, or digital technology is a plus;

• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.
